Family walks are a wonderful way to keep the whole family active! Walking doesn't require special equipment, it's an activity that can be done with kids and older adults, it allows for great conversation and family bonding, and it's good for you!
Seating
Seats are reserve without regard to race, color, national origin or any other characteristic.
Passenger front seat and first Row behind the driver will be reserve and save for tall passengers or any disability conditions due to limited leg space in back rows. Passengers are responsible to let dispatcher know about any conditions so dispatcher can make seat arrangements. Passengers with the above conditions have priority seating in the front passenger seat and first row behind the driver.
Drivers will try their best to arrange and reserved seats for passengers with two or more adult companions. Adults traveling with children will be seated next to each.

7 years & up pay Full price
Child 6 & under pay Half Price
Parents or guardian traveling with children are responsible to bring their own car seat / booster seat. Car seats are require by law.
Traveling dates and times may vary and change.
Jfk family Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by mechanical breakdowns, bad weather, road conditions or any other conditions beyond carrier's control. Jfk family Transportation will do everything possible to minimize the delays, and get passengers to their final destinations.
Passengers
Jfk family transportation staff may deny or remove any passenger who is causing improper conduct and/ or reckless endangerment of others in the bus. This includes but not limited to, disrespecting others, cursing, racial slurs, physical assault, sexual assault, appearing inebriated / appearing under the influence, smoking in the bus.
Pet Policy
Pets or animals of any species are not allowed in the bus due to vehicle size and to potential animal allergies of surrounding customers.
Full Refund: A full refund will apply if reservations are canceled 12 hours prior to departure time.
Exchange before 12 hours: An exchange for a ticket may be used for another date or time prior to the 12 hours- free of charge.
50% refund: After the 12 hours from a departure time there will be a 50% refund from the full fare.
First time Exchange after 12 hours: Exchange your ticket for another date or time for a additional 50% charge. Please be adviced that a second exchange will not be available for full refund.
Bagage Policy
1 Personal bag, 25 pounds MAX (12"L x 12W" x 5"H) & 1 luggage 50 pounds MAX (24"L x 24"W x 12"H) (Additional charge of $10 - 20-&$30 for extra luggage of any size and weight)
